A R T Leasing Limited is an entity under the category of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India.

A R T Leasing Limited started its operations in 1990 as a private limited company and in a short span of 5 years the business operation grew significantly. It was then incorporated as a public limited company in 1995. Realizing the potential for financial services in Central Travancore region, the promoters identified prominent locations in this region and established branches for the convenience of the customers.

A R T Leasing Limited is the flagship company of the group. It provides comprehensive financial services to cater the needs of the customers without any hassle. Unlike banks and other financial institutions, we have minimal formalities to extend loans and credit facilities. Personal Loan against Gold Jewellery, Business loans are the financial services that are rendered through our branches. With an established network of financial services, the hospitality service adds value to our brand name.

Chairman Profile

Our Chairman / Founder, Mr. V.S. Raveendran Pillai was born in a business family. He started his business career by assisting his father in their family business. On acquiring the business acumen and confidence, he ventured into dealership of buying and selling of old and new vehicles. Thereafter, he started General Finance, a finance company along with a partner. Understanding its potential growth, one more partner joined the team to register it as a private limited entity. The finance business grew with consistent growth in the subsequent years and the management team was expanded to 10 directors.

The company’s core business was to provide finance for purchase of vehicles, popularly known as Hire Purchase Business. With a tremendous growth in finance business the company was then formed as Art Leasing Limited and got the RBI registration. The Board of Directors then decided to divert from hire purchase business to

other lucrative segments like Gold Loan, Business Loan. For rendering this valuable service to the masses, the company opened several branches covering a wide area in the Central Kerala region. Mr. Raveendran Pillai continues to be the chairman of the company from the beginning and the company highly values sincerity, trust and satisfactory services to their customers. The management team has expanded to 10 Directors.
